Kaizen Sports Agency Congratulates Carter Rhine on NHLPA Certification

PENTICTON, BC – Kaizen Sports Agency is proud to announce that Carter Rhine is now an NHLPA Certified Agent, officially joining the ranks of certified player representatives under the National Hockey League Players’ Association. Rhine’s certification marks another step forward in Kaizen’s mission to develop elite-level support for the next generation of hockey talent.

Rhine’s hockey roots trace back to the Okanagan Hockey Academy, followed by time in the Alberta Junior Hockey League with the Bonnyville Pontiacs. Off the ice, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Biology from UBC Okanagan - blending academic discipline with his passion for the game.

Since joining Kaizen Sports Agency, Rhine has played an integral role in the growth of the firm’s client development program, offering hands-on guidance to players and families as they navigate junior, collegiate and now professional hockey. His balanced background in competitive hockey and academics makes him uniquely positioned to mentor today's modern athlete.

Rhine is based in British Columbia and will continue to serve Kaizen clients across Canada and the U.S., with a particular focus on Western Canadian player development and NCAA recruitment.
