Carter Berger Signs AHL Contract with Hartford Wolf Pack

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Penticton, BC — Kaizen Sports Agency is excited to announce that client Carter Berger, a left-handed defenseman, has signed an American Hockey League (AHL) contract with the Hartford Wolf Pack, the affiliate of the New York Rangers, for the 2024-25 season.

Berger, a 24-year-old native of North Vancouver, British Columbia, recently concluded his collegiate career at Western Michigan University, where he continued to develop his exceptional skating abilities and defensive play.

Standing at 6'1" and weighing 190 pounds, Berger's combination of size, mobility, and puck-handling skills make him a highly coveted prospect. During his graduate year with the Broncos, Berger tallied an impressive 20 points (4 goals, 16 assists) in 36 games, solidifying his reputation as a reliable two-way defenseman.

"Carter possesses a unique blend of skills and determination that sets him apart. We believe there is something truly special within him, and it won't be long before he gets the opportunity to in the NHL," said Managing Director Michael O'Rafferty. "Carter's journey to the professional ranks has been marked by perseverance. His commitment to continuous improvement aligns perfectly with Kaizen Sports Agency's philosophy, making him an ideal fit for the organization."

The Hartford Wolf Pack, the American Hockey League (AHL) of the New York Rangers, will provide Berger with a platform to further hone his skills.
