Carter Rhine Joins Kaizen Sports

Penticton, British Columbia, (CANADA) - Kaizen Sports & Entertainment Ltd. is pleased to announce that Carter Rhine has joined the company as Player Relations, effective immediately.

Rhine, 24, was born and raised in Kelowna, BC where he played minor hockey before playing for the Bonnyville Pontiacs of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL).

Upon hanging up his skates, Carter became involved as a Coach with Kelowna Minor Hockey Association all the while studying at the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO). The recent graduate earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and will assume a multi-dimensional role with Kaizen Sports, in the area of scouting, recruiting and managing player relationships.

"Carter is someone that understands how to properly initiate and nurture relationships," said Managing Director Michael O'Rafferty. "Carter will be a very successful Agent when one considers his work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond in all areas. He shares in our quest to develop and represent athletes better than it's ever been done."
